The Bayraktar TB2T-AI, Türkiye’s next-generation platform featuring advanced artificial intelligence and turbocharged propulsion, has climbed to 37,096 feet to break its own altitude record. With its superior performance, the indigenous UCAV once again pushed the boundaries in the sky.

At a ceremony held in the presence of President Erdoğan and Prime Minister Meloni, the documents of the agreement signed in March — which foresees joint UAV production in Italy— were officially exchanged.

Türkiye’s indigenous unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), the Bayraktar Akinci and Bayraktar TB2, took to the skies on Wednesday following a 6.2 magnitude earthquake in Istanbul to assist in coordination efforts.

Bayraktar TB3, the first UCAV in aviation history capable of taking off and landing on a short-runway vessel, has successfully completed four sorties aboard the TCG Anadolu as part of the “Fully Autonomous Takeoff and Landing Tests from Short-Runway Vessel” held in the Gulf of Saros.
